We ship all orders from our U.S. artisan partners and suppliers. Here’s how your order will be handled:
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Personalized or seasonal delays will be noted on the product page.
Multiple Shipments
Because we partner with several small-batch artisan makers, some items in your order may ship separately. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability and supplier location. You will receive separate tracking details for each package.
2. Shipping Times (U.S.)
Average delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on carrier volume.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Missing / Lost / Delayed Packages

Please allow 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date

6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
📧 Email hello@reirosearleco.com within 5 days with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund when applicable.
7. Final Sale Items
As part of our clean-ingredient promise and product safety:

All personal care + wellness products are FINAL SALE
(Baby Balm, Baby Oil, Butters, Bath Products, Skincare, Sunscreens, etc.) -
Baby textiles (towels, burp cloths, swaddles) are returnable only if unused & unwashed
within 7 days of delivery. -
Candles may be returned if unused due to fragrance safety.
8. Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to incorrect address entry, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
